It’s no secret Vietnamese loves noodles. From North, to Central, to South and places in between, a steamy bowl of noodles is the default choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even snack. That love inspires our concept behind Sen Storm Noodle Bar & Grill. Hailing from Ha Noi, Ryan Pham (head chef) and Kieran Nguyen (front of house) wanted to inject Northern flavours into Melbourne’s already vibrant Vietnamese dining experience, hence the featuring of Hanoi Pho and Bun on Sen Storm’s noodle menu.
Our classic dishes in Pho, Bun and Rice sections are kept traditional with the use of quality ingredients. The Small Plates section is where creativity comes to play, bringing mouthwatering tapa-like choices to prep your taste buds. Curry and Banh Canh (Hue style thick noodles) are there for the more adventurous diners.
